If it is your first time using a dry brush or you haven't used one in a while, stand in your tub or shower while using it. You may see dry skin flakes shedding which may be oddly satisfying! Be gentle as our brush has very firm bristles.
How to Use
1. Use it in your shower
2. Ensure skin is dry
Use it on dry skin, before you shower. Our agave sisal bristles are firm and are most effective when dry.
3. Start with an upward motion
We like to start at the base of our body from the legs up to the top of the arms. Use a circular, upward motion towards the heart, as you work your way up your body.
4. Rinse & Hydrate
After showering or bathing, ensure you apply oil or moisturizer to hydrate skin and lock in moisture.
5. Repeat
Depending on sensitivity of your skin, start by using a dry brush every other week and work your way up to 1-2 times a week.
